The Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has an overall score of 98.9, which is way better than the LG Q70's general score of 77.9. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has 13 version while LG Q70 has Android 10 version, so it provides you some extra features and optimized performance.
