Galaxy Note 5 is a bit better than the LG Q70, with a overall score of 79.3 against 77.9. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Note 5 has 5.1 version and LG Q70 has Android 10. The Galaxy Note 5 is an older phone than LG Q70, but Samsung made it just a little bit thinner and lighter.

LG Q70 has just a little better processing power than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM memory, the LG Q70 also has a higher number of cores. Although Galaxy Note 5 is a better device, it is more expensive than LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG Q70. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Galaxy Note 5, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the LG Q70, letting go some features and specifications.
