Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an overall score of 98, which is way better than the LG Q70's overall score of 77.9. These devices use Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has 13 version and LG Q70 has Android 10 version, so it gives some extra features.
