The Galaxy S21 has an overall score of 91.8, which is much better than LG Q70's 77.9 overall score. These devices come with Android OS, but Galaxy S21 has a more recent 11 version while LG Q70 has Android 10 version, providing you a lot of extra features. The Galaxy S21 is a just a bit thinner and lighter cellphone than LG Q70, even though both of them were only released with a couple months difference.
The Galaxy S21 counts with a better display than LG Q70, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a bit higher pixels density and a little bit higher 1080 x 2400 resolution.
