Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is way better than LG Q70, getting a global score of 98.1 against 77.9. These phones include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra has a more recent 11 version while LG Q70 has Android 10, so it offers lots of additional features and performance improvements. Even being the best in this comparison, it must be noted that it is also a somewhat heavier and a bit thicker cellphone.
