The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a global score of 95.4, which is way better than LG Q70's global score of 77.9. Both of these devices include Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a newer 13 version while LG Q70 has Android 10. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is a newer cellphone than the LG Q70, although it's somewhat heavier and just a bit thicker.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra has a lot better display than LG Q70, because it has a better resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels, a quite larger display and a greater pixel amount per display inch. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy the LG Q70, letting go a few specs and features, but you will get the most out of your savings.
