Comparison review

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a global score of 85.7, which is a little bit better than the LG Q70's 77.9 score. Both devices we compare here include Android OS (operating system), but the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has the older 5.0 version while LG Q70 has Android 10. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is an notably older cellphone than LG Q70, but Samsung was able to build it somewhat thinner and lighter anyway.

The Galaxy S6 Edge counts with a much sharper screen than LG Q70, because although it has a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels number per inch in the screen and a better 2560 x 1440 resolution. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge has a superior performance than LG Q70, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM, and they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge also counts with a graphics processing unit and a 64 bits processor.

LG Q70 has a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with an external SD slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG Q70 has a really longer battery life than Galaxy S6 Edge, because it has a 4000mAh battery size against 2600mAh.

The LG Q70 captures much better photos and videos than Galaxy S6 Edge, because although it has a smaller sensor capturing lower quality photographs, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the LG Q70 also counts with a camera in the back with a much better resolution and a larger aperture to take better low light images and video.

Although Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG Q70. If you want to save some money, you can get the LG Q70, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most with your money.
