The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is slightly better than LG Q70, having an 80.1 score against 77.9. Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a notably thicker and notably heavier device than the LG Q70. Both devices in this review have Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a more recent 8.0 Oreo version while LG Q70 has Android 10 version, so it offers some nice extra features and performance improvements.
The Samsung Galaxy XCover FieldPro features just a little better performance than LG Q70. Both have 4 GB of RAM memory and 8 cores. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has a much better looking display than LG Q70, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a greater quantity of pixels per inch of screen and a higher 1440 x 2560 resolution.
LG Q70 features a way better camera than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors and a tinier diafragm aperture which is worse for low-light photos and video, it also counts with a much better resolution back camera and a much better 3840x2160 (4K) video definition.
The LG Q70 features a superior memory to install games and applications than Galaxy XCover FieldPro, and although they both have the same internal storage capacity, the LG Q70 also has a SD extension slot that holds up to 1,95 TB. The Galaxy XCover FieldPro has just a bit better battery life than LG Q70, because it has a 13% larger battery capacity.
Although Galaxy XCover FieldPro is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as LG Q70. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can get LG Q70, and give up a couple features and specs, but you will get the most out of your money.
