Although Xperia 1 II and LG Q70 were released only 1 months apart, Xperia 1 II is just a bit lighter and a bit thinner. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 II has 11 version and LG Q70 has Android 10, so it provides some nice extra features.
