Comparison review
Xperia 1 II has an overall score of 91, which is better than LG Q70's global score of 77.9. Although Xperia 1 II and LG Q70 were released only 1 months apart, Xperia 1 II is just a bit lighter and a bit thinner. Both of these phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xperia 1 II has 11 version and LG Q70 has Android 10, so it provides some nice extra features.
Xperia 1 II has a little faster processing unit than LG Q70, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 II also has 4 GB more RAM. Xperia 1 II features a brighter display than LG Q70, because it has a bit bigger display, a much higher display pixel density and a way better 1644 x 3840 pixels resolution.
Sony Xperia 1 II has a much greater memory to install applications and games than LG Q70, because although it has an external memory card slot that holds up to 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Sony Xperia 1 II and LG Q70 feature quite similar battery performance.
The LG Q70 shoots a bit better pictures and videos than Sony Xperia 1 II, because although it has a lot tinier back camera sensor giving a much worse image quality, a tinier aperture which is not so good for low-light images and lower video frame rates, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the LG Q70 also counts with a lot better 32 MP resolution back camera.
