Comparison review
The Xperia 1 III has an overall score of 93.3, which is much better than LG Q70's 77.9 score. The Xperia 1 III is a a bit lighter phone than LG Q70, but they are equally thin. These devices use Android OS, but Xperia 1 III has the newer 11 version while LG Q70 has Android 10 version. Xperia 1 III counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than LG Q70, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 III also has 8 GB more RAM memory.
The Xperia 1 III has a sharper screen than LG Q70, because it has a much better display pixel density, a much higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels and a little bigger display. Sony Xperia 1 III takes a bit better videos and photos than LG Q70, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 video quality and a back camera with lot less mega pixels, it also counts with a bigger aperture to capture better photos and videos in low-light situations and a lot bigger sensor.
Sony Xperia 1 III has a much bigger memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than LG Q70, because although it has a SD memory slot that holds 976 GB smaller, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory capacity. Xperia 1 III counts with a little better battery lifetime than LG Q70, because it has a 13 percent bigger battery capacity.
Although Xperia 1 III is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG Q70. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get LG Q70, giving up a few features and specifications, but you will get the most out of your money.
