The LG Q70 has a general score of 77.9, which is a little bit better than Xiaomi 12X's global score of 77.8. Both of these devices include Android OS (operating system), but the LG Q70 has 10 version while Xiaomi 12X has Android 11. The LG Q70 construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi 12X, but it's heavier.
