The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite has a score of 80.6, which is a little bit better than LG Q70's 77.9 general score. Both phones in this comparison include Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite has a more recent 11 version while LG Q70 has Android 10, so it provides you a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance. Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite's body is a little heavier and somewhat thicker than the LG Q70.

Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite costs a bit more money than LG Q70, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
