LG Q70 has an overall score of 77.9, which is just a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021's score of 76.7. LG Q70 is an older and just a little heavier cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021, but LG was able to make it a little thinner anyway. Both devices in this comparison review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG Q70 has older 10 version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 2021 has Android 11 version.
