The ZTE Axon 10 Pro is a bit better than the LG Q70, with an 80.2 score against 77.9. Both of these devices come with the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any differences in that aspect. Although ZTE Axon 10 Pro is older than LG Q70, it's body is lighter and a little thinner.
ZTE Axon 10 Pro has a bit superior processing unit than LG Q70, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the ZTE Axon 10 Pro also has a higher amount of RAM memory. The ZTE Axon 10 Pro features a bit sharper display than LG Q70, because although it has a just a bit lower pixel density, it also counts with a bit larger display and a bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution.
The ZTE Axon 10 Pro has a way bigger storage capacity to install applications and games than LG Q70, and although they both have a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 1,95 TB, the ZTE Axon 10 Pro also has 192 GB more internal storage. The ZTE Axon 10 Pro has just a bit better camera than LG Q70, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the ZTE Axon 10 Pro also has a camera with a much better resolution, higher video frame rates and a larger camera aperture.
ZTE Axon 10 Pro has a battery life that's very similar to LG Q70's battery lifetime.

So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the ZTE Axon 10 Pro, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the LG Q70, letting go a couple specifications.
