Huawei Mate 10 has a global score of 78.9, which is just a bit better than the LG Q8's global score of 77.2. These phones work with Android OS, but Huawei Mate 10 has 10 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. The Huawei Mate 10 body is notably heavier and just a little thicker than the LG Q8.
Huawei Mate 10 and LG Q8 both have incredibly similar displays, because although the Huawei Mate 10 has a quite lower pixels density, and they both have the same 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with more screen brightness and a quite bigger screen. Huawei Mate 10 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than LG Q8, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Huawei Mate 10 also has a larger number of cores.
