Huawei Mate 30 is a little bit better than LG Q8, with a general score of 84 against 77.2. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate 30 has older 10 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Huawei Mate 30 body is newer than LG Q8's, although it's a bit thicker and much heavier.
LG Q8 features a brighter screen than Huawei Mate 30, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with a higher pixels density and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560px.
