LG Q8 has a global score of 77.2, which is slightly better than the LG G5's 76.1 general score. LG Q8 is a newer and a bit lighter phone than the LG G5, but it is just a little bit thicker. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but LG Q8 has an older 7.0 Nougat version and LG G5 has Android 8.0 Oreo.
