LG G8 ThinQ is a bit better than the LG Q8, getting an 84.3 score against 77.2. Both phones we compare here use Android OS (Operating System), but the LG G8 ThinQ has the newer 9.0 Pie version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. The LG G8 ThinQ design is newer than LG Q8's, but it is just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier.
