Comparison review
LG G8X ThinQ is a bit better than LG Q8, getting a global score of 82.7 against 77.2. Both phones we compare here include Android OS, but the LG G8X ThinQ has the previous 10 version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat. Although LG G8X ThinQ is incredibly newer than LG Q8, it is much heavier and a little thicker.
LG G8X ThinQ features a little faster processor than LG Q8, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a higher number of cores. LG Q8 counts with a much better looking screen than LG G8X ThinQ, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a greater number of pixels per display inch and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution.
LG G8X ThinQ has a much bigger memory to install games and applications than LG Q8, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG G8X ThinQ also has 128 GB internal memory. LG G8X ThinQ shoots just a bit better pictures and videos than LG Q8, because although it has a lower 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a camera with a much worse resolution, and they both have the same aperture, the LG G8X ThinQ also counts with a larger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
LG G8X ThinQ counts with better battery lifetime than LG Q8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.
