Comparison review
The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is better than the LG Q8, getting a score of 87.1 against 77.2. Motorola Edge 50 Ultra is a a lot newer phone than LG Q8, but it is a little thicker and much heavier. Both phones in our current comparison include Android operating system, but Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has 14 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has a little sharper screen than LG Q8, because although it has a way worse pixel density and a bit worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a bigger screen and a much brighter display. LG Q8 counts with a much better performing processor than Motorola Edge 50 Ultra, although it has an inferior number of cores and a lower amount of RAM.
The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra takes greater photographs and videos than LG Q8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra also has a larger aperture to take better photography and videos in poorly lited situations, a much larger sensor taking more light and vivid colors, better 60 fps video frame rate and a much more megapixels camera in the back.
The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra counts with a lot bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than LG Q8, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Motorola Edge 50 Ultra has a very superior battery lifetime than LG Q8, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
