The Motorola Moto Z3 is a bit better than LG Q8, having a 77.6 score against 77.2. The Motorola Moto Z3 body is newer and somewhat thinner, but also a bit heavier than LG Q8. Both of these devices use Android operating system, but Motorola Moto Z3 has newer 9.0 Pie version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat, so it provides a couple additional features.
The LG Q8 counts with a much better looking screen than Moto Z3, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a better pixels amount per inch of display and a better 1440 x 2560 resolution. The Motorola Moto Z3 has just a little better hardware performance than LG Q8, and although they both have 4 GB of RAM, the Motorola Moto Z3 also has a larger number of faster cores.
Moto Z3 has a bigger storage to install games and applications than LG Q8, and although they both have a SD extension slot that admits up to 1,95 TB, the Moto Z3 also has more internal storage capacity. Moto Z3's battery lifetime is just as good as LG Q8's battery life. LG Q8 takes clearer videos and photos than Moto Z3, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality and the same video frame rate, the LG Q8 also has a much more MP back facing camera, a bigger camera sensor capturing higher quality videos and pictures and a bigger camera aperture to take better low-light captures and video.
