Motorola One Hyper is slightly better than LG Q8, with a general score of 79.8 against 77.2. The Motorola One Hyper construction is a lot newer than the LG Q8's, although it is a lot heavier and thicker. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Motorola One Hyper has an older 11 version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat.

Motorola One Hyper features a little better performance than LG Q8, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Motorola One Hyper also has 4 more processing cores. The LG Q8 counts with a much better screen than Motorola One Hyper, because although it has a much smaller screen, it also counts with more pixels per inch in the display and a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels.

The Motorola One Hyper shoots much better pictures and videos than LG Q8, because although it has a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Motorola One Hyper also counts with a lot more mega-pixels camera in the back.

The Motorola One Hyper features a lot bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than LG Q8, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows a maximum of 1000 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. The Motorola One Hyper has greater battery performance than LG Q8, because it has a 4000mAh battery size.
