The LG Q8 is just a bit better than the OnePlus 8 UW, with a 77.2 score against 75.9. The LG Q8 body has the same thickness than OnePlus 8 UW, but it's lighter. Both devices we are comparing here come with Android OS, but the LG Q8 has a newer 7.0 Nougat version while OnePlus 8 UW has Android 10, so it provides a couple nice extra features and enhanced performance.

OnePlus 8 UW takes better pictures and videos than LG Q8, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a same size aperture, the OnePlus 8 UW also has better 60 frames per second video frame rates, a lot bigger sensor and a back facing camera with way more mega-pixels.
