LG Q8 has a general score of 77.2, which is just a bit better than the Galaxy A22's general score of 76.1. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but the LG Q8 has newer 7.0 Nougat version while Galaxy A22 has Android 12 version, so it provides a couple nice extra features and better performance. The LG Q8 construction is way lighter and a little thinner than the Galaxy A22, despite of the fact that it was released 4 years before.
LG Q8 has a lot better looking screen than Galaxy A22, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a way better 1440 x 2560 resolution and a lot greater pixel density. The Galaxy A22 features a little bit better hardware performance than LG Q8, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Galaxy A22 also has 4 more cores.
The LG Q8 takes clearer photographs and videos than Galaxy A22, because although it has a lot less megapixels resolution back facing camera, and they both have a same size diafragm aperture, the LG Q8 also counts with a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. Galaxy A22 features a little bit better memory for apps and games than LG Q8, because although it has an external SD slot that supports 976 GB smaller, it also counts with more internal storage.
LG Q8 has a way better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A22.
