Galaxy C7 has a score of 77.7, which is slightly better than LG Q8's 77.2 score. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy C7 has newer 8.0 Oreo version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version, so it counts with a couple nice extra features. Samsung Galaxy C7 counts with a bit faster processing unit than LG Q8, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM, the Samsung Galaxy C7 also has a higher number of cores. LG Q8 has just a bit better camera than Samsung Galaxy C7, and although they both have the same resolution camera in the back, the LG Q8 also has a lot higher 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a larger aperture to capture better low light images.
The Galaxy C7 counts with just a little bit longer battery duration than LG Q8, because it has 3300mAh of battery capacity.
