Comparison review
Galaxy Note 5 has an overall score of 79.3, which is a bit better than LG Q8's overall score of 77.2. The Galaxy Note 5 is an older and somewhat heavier device than the LG Q8, but Samsung managed to make it a bit thinner anyway. These phones use Android OS (operating system), but the Galaxy Note 5 has an older 5.1 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 counts with a little sharper screen than LG Q8, because although it has a little bit lower pixel density, and they both have the same exact 2560 x 1440 resolution, the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 also counts with a quite larger display. LG Q8 has a much greater memory capacity to install games and applications than Galaxy Note 5, because although it has 0 less internal storage, it also counts with a SD extension slot that allows up to 1,95 TB.
The LG Q8 features just a bit better hardware performance than Samsung Galaxy Note 5, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the LG Q8 also has a higher number of cores. The Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and LG Q8 both have extremely similar battery performance. Samsung Galaxy Note 5 features a camera that is just as good as the camera in LG Q8, and although the Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has a tinier aperture which is not good for low light photography, they both have the same sensor size, the same 3840x2160 video resolution, the same 30 fps video frame rates and a camera in the back with a 16 megapixels.
