The Galaxy S9 is slightly better than the LG Q8, getting a overall score of 83.3 against 77.2. Although it's the best phone in this comparison review, it must be noted that it's also just a bit thicker and somewhat heavier. The LG Q8 features a bit more vivid screen than Galaxy S9, although it has a little lower resolution of 1440 x 2560px, a just a bit lower display pixel density and a little smaller screen.
The Samsung Galaxy S9 counts with just a little better processing power than LG Q8, and although they both have the same RAM amount, the Samsung Galaxy S9 also has a greater number of cores. The LG Q8 features a better memory for games and applications than Galaxy S9, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits a maximum of 1,95 TB.
Samsung Galaxy S9 features a little bit better camera than LG Q8, because although it has a camera in the back with way less mega pixels and a lower 3840x2160 video quality, it also counts with a larger sensor shooting higher quality photos and a larger aperture. Galaxy S9 and LG Q8 both feature extremely similar batteries.
