Comparison review
The Sony Xperia Z4v is a little bit better than the LG Q8, getting a 78.8 score against 77.2. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but the Sony Xperia Z4v has 5.1 version while LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version. Sony Xperia Z4v is a way older, just a little thicker and just a little heavier cellphone than LG Q8.
The Sony Xperia Z4v counts with a bit superior processing unit than LG Q8, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with a greater number of cores (although slower) and an additional GPU. The Xperia Z4v features a little bit better screen than LG Q8. Both have exactly the same 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution, the same pixels density and a display with the same size.
