The Xiaomi 15 is slightly better than the LG Q8, with a global score of 80.6 against 77.2. Although the Xiaomi 15 is way newer than LG Q8, it's incredibly heavier and just a bit thicker. These devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi 15 has 14 version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat version.
The Xiaomi 15 has a brighter screen than LG Q8, because although it has a little less pixels per inch of display and a bit lower resolution of 1200 x 2670px, it also counts with a larger display and much more brightness.
