Xiaomi Mi 8 is just a bit better than the LG Q8, having a score of 83.3 against 77.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi 8 has the previous 10 version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat. The Xiaomi Mi 8 is a newer and just a little bit thinner phone than LG Q8, but it's heavier.
