Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Max is slightly better than LG Q8, having a overall score of 77.5 against 77.2. Xiaomi Mi Max is an older and much heavier phone than LG Q8, but Xiaomi was able to make it just a little bit thinner anyway. The Xiaomi Mi Max has a CPU that is just as good as LG Q8's processor, and although the Xiaomi Mi Max has 4 more cpu cores , they both have a 4 GB RAM.
The LG Q8 counts with a more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi Max, because although it has a little smaller screen, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and much more pixels per inch in the display. LG Q8 shoots slightly better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate, a same resolution back facing camera and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG Q8 also has a bigger aperture to take better low light captures and videos.
Xiaomi Mi Max features just a bit more storage capacity for applications and games than LG Q8, because although it has a slot for SD memory cards that allows up to 256 GB against 1,95 TB, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Mi Max has a superior battery performance than LG Q8, because it has a 62% bigger battery size.
