Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 is just a bit better than LG Q8, getting a overall score of 77.5 against 77.2. Xiaomi Mi Max 2's body is much heavier but a little bit thinner than LG Q8, and they were released with only a couple months difference. The Xiaomi Mi Max 2 counts with just a little better hardware performance than LG Q8, and although they both have a 4 GB RAM memory, the Xiaomi Mi Max 2 also has a larger number of cores.
LG Q8 counts with a brighter screen than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has a quite smaller display, it also counts with a better resolution of 1440 x 2560 and much more pixels per inch of display. LG Q8 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video resolution, the LG Q8 also has a larger back-facing camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors, a larger diafragm aperture to take better low light photography and videos and a back camera with lot more MP.
LG Q8 counts with a little bit more storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has 0 less internal memory, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features a superior battery lifetime than LG Q8, because it has 5300mAh of battery capacity.
