LG Q8 has a global score of 77.2, which is slightly better than Xiaomi Mi Note 2's 76 overall score. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the LG Q8 has newer 7.0 Nougat version and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version, so it provides the user lots of additional features. Even though LG Q8 and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 were released only 9 months apart, LG Q8's construction is just a bit thicker but somewhat lighter than Xiaomi Mi Note 2.
Xiaomi Mi Note 2 counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than LG Q8, and although they both have a Quad-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 also has more RAM.
