Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a general score of 80.5, which is a little bit better than the LG Q8's score of 77.2. Xiaomi Note 7 Pro's design is newer than the LG Q8's, but it's just a little thicker and noticeably heavier. Both devices in this review have Android OS, but the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has the newer 9.0 Pie version and LG Q8 has Android 7.0 Nougat.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro has a bit faster CPU than LG Q8, because it has a larger amount of RAM and a greater number of cores. LG Q8 features a much better screen than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has a bit smaller screen, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 and a better display pixels density.
The LG Q8 has a much greater storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Note 7 Pro, because although it has less internal memory, it also counts with a SD card slot that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Xiaomi Note 7 Pro shoots much better videos and photos than LG Q8, and although they both have a same size aperture, the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Note 7 Pro also has a back facing camera with a way better resolution and a way larger camera sensor which provides a much better image and video quality.
Xiaomi Note 7 Pro features better battery life than LG Q8, because it has 4000mAh of battery capacity.
