Comparison review
LG Q8 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, with a general score of 77.2 against 75.7. LG Q8 is a much lighter cellphone than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, but both are 0.31inches thick. Both of these devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG Q8 has 7.0 Nougat version and Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has Android 12, so it provides the user some additional features.
The LG Q8 features a little more vivid screen than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has a lot darker screen and a really smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixel density and a higher resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels. The LG Q8 has an extremely better CPU than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, although it has an inferior number of cores (but faster) and a smaller amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro captures much better pictures and videos than LG Q8, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro also counts with a lot bigger camera sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a back camera with a way higher 50 megapixels resolution.
LG Q8 has a superior storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro, because although it has only 32 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro has a very superior battery lifetime than LG Q8, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.
