Comparison review

Samsung Captivate has a general score of 57.2, which is a bit better than the LG Revolution's 52.1 global score. Both phones in our current comparison include the same Android 2.3 operating system, so you shouldn't notice any differences regarding that. The Samsung Captivate design is incredibly thinner and way lighter than the LG Revolution, even when both of them were released with only a couple of months difference.

The Samsung Captivate has a bit superior CPU than LG Revolution, and although they both have a Single-Core processor, the Samsung Captivate also has an extra graphics processing unit. Samsung Captivate features a bit more vivid screen than LG Revolution, because although it has a bit smaller display, and they both have exactly the same resolution of 800 x 480px, the Samsung Captivate also counts with a quite higher pixels count in each inch of display.

The Samsung Captivate and LG Revolution both have similar memory capacity to install applications and games, both have exactly the same 16 GB internal memory and a SD memory card expansion slot that supports a maximum of 32 GB. Samsung Captivate counts with a slightly better camera than LG Revolution. Both of them have the same (HD) video definition, a 5 mega pixels resolution back-facing camera and the same video frame rates.

The LG Revolution and the Samsung Captivate both feature incredibly similar batteries.

In addition to being the best phone in this comparison, the Samsung Captivate is also a bargain compared to others.
