The Xperia 1 is much better than LG Stylo 4, with an 82.6 score against 73.1. Xperia 1's body has the same thickness than LG Stylo 4, but it's just a little heavier. Xperia 1 counts with a much better screen than LG Stylo 4, because it has a quite larger display, a lot higher display pixels density and a much better 1644 x 3840 resolution.
Xperia 1 counts with more memory for applications, games, photos and videos than LG Stylo 4, because although it has a SD card slot that supports 1,45 TB smaller, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. Xperia 1 has a bit better performance than LG Stylo 4, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xperia 1 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Sony Xperia 1 takes better photographs and videos than LG Stylo 4, because although it has a camera with less mega-pixels, it also counts with a way bigger aperture and a much better 3840x2160 video resolution. The Sony Xperia 1 and LG Stylo 4 have similar battery durations, although the Sony Xperia 1 also has 3330mAh of battery capacity.
Although Xperia 1 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than the LG Stylo 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG Stylo 4. If you are trying to save some money, you can get the LG Stylo 4, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
