LG Q70 is just a bit better than LG Stylo 6, having a global score of 77.9 against 76.7. Both of these phones include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so both should provide you all the same OS features. The LG Q70 is a lighter and a little bit thinner phone than LG Stylo 6, although both were released only a couple of months apart.
LG Stylo 6 counts with a bit superior CPU than LG Q70. Both of them have the same number of cores and a 4 GB RAM memory. LG Stylo 6 has a slightly better screen than LG Q70, because although it has a just a little lower pixels count per inch in the display, it also counts with a slightly better 1080 x 2460 resolution and a little bigger display.
The LG Q70 has a better camera than LG Stylo 6, and although they both have a same size camera aperture, the LG Q70 also has a back camera with a much higher 32 mega pixels resolution, a bigger sensor capturing higher quality videos and photos and a much better (4K) video definition. The LG Q70 and LG Stylo 6 have similar storage to store more apps and games, they have a SD extension slot that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB and the same internal storage capacity.
LG Q70's battery life is very similar to LG Stylo 6's battery duration.
Although LG Q70 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG Stylo 6, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG Stylo 6. So if you need that extra features, you can buy LG Q70, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG Stylo 6, letting go some specifications.
