Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has an overall score of 90.6, which is much better than the LG Stylo 6's overall score of 76.7. Both of these devices work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 has newer 11 version while LG Stylo 6 has Android 10, providing you some nice extra features and a performance increase.
