The LG G8 ThinQ is just a bit better than the LG V10, having a overall score of 84.3 against 78.6. The LG G8 ThinQ is a newer phone, and it's also somewhat lighter and just a little thinner than LG V10. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but LG G8 ThinQ has a newer 9.0 Pie version while LG V10 has Android 5.1, so it provides you some nice extra features and enhanced performance.

LG G8 ThinQ features a better performing CPU than LG V10, because it has a greater amount of RAM and more processing cores. The LG G8 ThinQ and LG V10 feature extremely similar displays, although the LG G8 ThinQ also has a little bigger display, a little higher count of pixels in each inch of display and a bit higher resolution of 1440 x 3120px.

LG G8 ThinQ features a bigger memory for games and applications than LG V10, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that admits up to 1,95 TB, the LG G8 ThinQ also has 128 GB internal storage. The LG G8 ThinQ counts with a bit superior battery lifetime than LG V10, because it has 3500mAh of battery capacity.

LG V10 has a little bit better camera than LG G8 ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and a same size sensor, the LG V10 also counts with faster video frame rate and a much higher 16 MP resolution back facing camera.

In addition to being the best phone in our comparison, LG G8 ThinQ is also by far the cheapest.
