The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is better than the LG V10, with a 91.1 score against 78.6. The Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition is a heavier but much thinner device than LG V10. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition has newer 14 version and LG V10 has Android 5.1.
The LG V10 features a very superior processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, although it has 7 less cpu cores and 12 GB less RAM memory. So if you want that extra features and specs, you can buy Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG V10, resigning a couple specifications.
