Comparison review

Sony Xperia 1 is just a bit better than LG V10, having a score of 82.6 against 78.6. Sony Xperia 1 is a much newer phone, and it is also a little bit thinner and a little bit lighter than LG V10. Xperia 1 features a bit more vivid screen than LG V10, because it has a quite larger screen, a just a bit greater display density and a better resolution of 1644 x 3840 pixels.

The LG V10 counts with a slightly bigger memory for games and applications than Xperia 1, because although it has only 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that allows up to 1,95 TB. The Sony Xperia 1 has a better performing processing unit than LG V10, because it has a higher number of cores and 2 GB more RAM memory.

The LG V10 counts with a slightly better camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for low light photography and video, and they both have a same size sensor and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the LG V10 also counts with better 120 frames per second video frame rates and a camera with a way higher 16 MP resolution.

The Xperia 1 features a bit better battery life than LG V10, because it has 3330mAh of battery capacity.

Although Sony Xperia 1 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG V10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the LG V10. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the LG V10, letting go a few specs and features, but you'll get the most with your budget.
