Sony Xperia PRO-I is much better than the LG V10, getting a overall score of 96.3 against 78.6. Both of these phones come with Android OS, but Sony Xperia PRO-I has a newer 11 version and LG V10 has Android 5.1, giving some extra features and better performance. Even though Sony Xperia PRO-I is newer than the LG V10, it's a little thicker and somewhat heavier.
The Xperia PRO-I has a quite superior processing power than LG V10, because it has a greater amount of RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. The LG V10 features a little more vivid screen than Xperia PRO-I, although it has a little worse pixel quantity per inch of display, a way worse resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a little bit smaller screen.
LG V10 counts with a bit better camera than Sony Xperia PRO-I, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the LG V10 also has a bigger aperture to take better low light captures, a lot better resolution back facing camera and a bigger sensor shooting higher quality photographs.

Xperia PRO-I features a way better battery life than LG V10, because it has a 50% greater battery capacity.
