Comparison review

The LG V30S ThinQ is slightly better than the Google Pixel 3 XL, having a score of 82.5 against 80.7. The LG V30S ThinQ is a just a little thinner and somewhat lighter device than Google Pixel 3 XL, even though both were only released with a couple months difference. The LG V30S ThinQ and the Google Pixel 3 XL both feature very similar displays, because although the Google Pixel 3 XL has a quite lower pixel amount per display inch, it also counts with a bit bigger screen and a little higher 1440 x 2960 resolution.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a very superior storage for applications and games than Google Pixel 3 XL, because it has 128 GB internal storage and a slot for an external memory card that allows a maximum of 1,95 TB. The LG V30S ThinQ has just a bit better processing power than Google Pixel 3 XL, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a higher amount of RAM memory.

The LG V30S ThinQ shoots slightly better videos and photos than Google Pixel 3 XL, because although it has a tinier sensor capturing worse quality images, and they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with a bigger aperture and a camera with a way higher 16 MP resolution.

The Google Pixel 3 XL counts with a bit better battery duration than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a 4 percent more battery size.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Google Pixel 3 XL, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 3 XL. If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Google Pixel 3 XL, and give up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
