Comparison review
Huawei Mate 20 Pro is a bit better than LG V30S ThinQ, getting a score of 82.9 against 82.5. Despite being the best we compare here, Huawei Mate 20 Pro's design is thicker and somewhat heavier than LG V30S ThinQ. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro's processing unit is just as good as the processor in LG V30S ThinQ, both of them have 6 GB of RAM memory and 8 cores.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro features a bit sharper screen than LG V30S ThinQ, and although they both have the same display pixel density, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also has a slightly higher resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a little bit larger display. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro takes much better photographs and videos than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier aperture which is worse for low-light photography and video, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate 20 Pro also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and a way bigger back camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
LG V30S ThinQ has a lot bigger memory for apps and games than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have equal internal storage, the LG V30S ThinQ also has a slot for external memory cards that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB. The Huawei Mate 20 Pro has greater battery lifetime than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has 4200mAh of battery capacity.
