Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design is just a bit better than LG V30S ThinQ, having a general score of 82.7 against 82.5. Both of these phones include the same Android 8.0 Oreo OS, so both of them should offer the same OS features. Even though the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design is better than the LG V30S ThinQ, we must note that it is also an older, a little heavier and a bit thicker phone.
The Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design and LG V30S ThinQ feature very similar displays, although the Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design has a little lower pixel density, a little worse 1440 x 2560px resolution and a quite smaller display. LG V30S ThinQ features a much bigger memory for apps and games than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that supports a maximum of 1,95 TB.
The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a bit faster processor than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM and the same number of cores. LG V30S ThinQ shoots a bit better videos and photos than Huawei Mate 9 Porsche Design, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor giving a lower image quality, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same (4K) video resolution, the LG V30S ThinQ also counts with a back facing camera with much more megapixels and a way larger aperture for better photography and video in low light situations.
