Comparison review

The Huawei Mate X is slightly better than LG V30S ThinQ, with a overall score of 89.4 against 82.5. Both of these phones have Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate X has the newer 9.0 Pie version while LG V30S ThinQ has Android 8.0 Oreo version, so it provides a couple additional features and better performance. Although the Huawei Mate X is newer than the LG V30S ThinQ, it is extremely thicker and notably heavier.

The LG V30S ThinQ has a little sharper display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 2880 pixels and a really smaller display, it also counts with more pixels per inch of display. Huawei Mate X features just a bit bigger storage for games and applications than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory.

Huawei Mate X features a little faster CPU than LG V30S ThinQ, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate X also has 2 GB more RAM. The LG V30S ThinQ captures slightly better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a way worse resolution back-facing camera and a way smaller sensor which offers a much lower photo and video quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better captures in low-light situations.

Huawei Mate X features longer battery duration than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.

Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG V30S ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the LG V30S ThinQ. So if you want that extra specs and features, you can buy Huawei Mate X, else you can save a couple dollars and get the LG V30S ThinQ, resigning some specs and features.
