Comparison review

LG V30S ThinQ has a global score of 82.5, which is a little bit better than LG G7 ThinQ's score of 81. Both phones we are comparing work with Android OS (operating system), but the LG V30S ThinQ has the older 8.0 Oreo version and LG G7 ThinQ has Android 9.0 Pie version. Even though the LG V30S ThinQ and LG G7 ThinQ were released only a couple months apart, the LG V30S ThinQ is just a bit lighter and just a little thinner.

The LG G7 ThinQ has a little faster CPU than LG V30S ThinQ, although it has a smaller amount of RAM, they both have the same number of cores. The LG G7 ThinQ features a better display than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a bit larger display, a quite better 1440 x 3120 pixels resolution and a quite higher pixels density.

The LG V30S ThinQ counts with a better storage for applications, games, photos and videos than LG G7 ThinQ, and although they both have a slot for an SD memory card that holds a maximum of 1,95 TB, the LG V30S ThinQ also has 128 GB internal storage capacity. LG G7 ThinQ shoots a little bit better photos and videos than LG V30S ThinQ, and although they both have a 0.32 inches back-facing camera sensor, a same resolution back-facing camera, a same size aperture and the same video quality, the LG G7 ThinQ also has better video frame rates.

LG V30S ThinQ has just a bit longer battery life than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has a 3300mAh battery capacity instead of 3000mAh.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG G7 ThinQ. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy the LG G7 ThinQ, letting go a couple features, but you'll get the most out of your budget.
