Comparison review

LG V30S ThinQ has a general score of 82.5, which is a bit better than Motorola Edge (2024)'s 78.5 score. Both devices in this review come with Android OS (Operating System), but LG V30S ThinQ has a newer 8.0 Oreo version while Motorola Edge (2024) has Android 14, counting with a lot of extra features and increased performance. The LG V30S ThinQ design is just a little bit lighter and just a little bit thinner than Motorola Edge (2024), even though it was released 6 years before.

Motorola Edge (2024) has a slightly better looking display than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a way lower 1080 x 2400 resolution and a way lower screen pixels density, it also counts with a quite bigger display. The LG V30S ThinQ has a much better performing processor than Motorola Edge (2024), although it has 2 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.

Motorola Edge (2024) features just a bit better camera than LG V30S ThinQ, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not favorable for capturing images and/or video in low light environments, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video definition, the Motorola Edge (2024) also counts with a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing much better quality pictures and a camera in the back with a much higher 50 mega-pixels resolution.

LG V30S ThinQ has a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Motorola Edge (2024), because although it has 0 less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that supports up to 1,95 TB. The Motorola Edge (2024) has a superior battery duration than LG V30S ThinQ, because it has a 5000mAh battery size.

Although LG V30S ThinQ is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Motorola Edge (2024), and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Motorola Edge (2024). So if you need that extra specs, you can buy the LG V30S ThinQ, but if you don't you can save some dollars and get the Motorola Edge (2024), letting go some features and specs.
