The LG V30S ThinQ has a general score of 82.5, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A40's overall score of 79.6. Both phones in this review come with Android OS (operating system), but the LG V30S ThinQ has 8.0 Oreo version and Samsung Galaxy A40 has Android 11, giving lots of additional features. LG V30S ThinQ is an older and somewhat heavier phone than the Samsung Galaxy A40, but LG managed to make it just a little bit thinner anyway.
